Exchange Policy

Overview

We have a 30 day exchange policy. In cases where you are unsatisfied with your mustache choice, please let us know and we can work with you to find a suitable replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges

Once your Exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing your request. We will also notify you of the new shipping information when ready.
